Once used mainly for large "bet the company" cases, new formats and technology now make mock trials affordable and useful for disputes and budgets of all sizes. Mock trials are now employed for many purposes: case assessment, preparation for mediation and settlement negotiations, and testing jury reactions to trial issues. Learn both the traditional and high tech the options and find out how to develop and present a mock trial. Our panel of expert speakers will discuss how to use mock trials to help clients evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of both sides of a case, assess the credibility of witnesses, hone arguments for presentation to a jury, and help identify case value in advance of settlement efforts.
